HAMILTON INFORMATION FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

This information applies to 7-SHOW SEASON TICKET HOLDERS FOR THE 2016-17 SEASON that currently have Hamilton tickets as part of their Season Ticket Package.  

This information does NOT APPLY to FLEX Package holders.

Rules and Information for Purchasing Additional Tickets to Hamilton

  • Additional tickets are available through April 9, 2017 at 6pm.
  • No additional tickets will be available to Season Ticket Holders after April 9, 2017 at 6pm.
  • Prices for additional tickets range from $85 - $195.  A select number of premium seats are available starting at $650. 
  • Additional tickets can be purchased for performances within the first 12 weeks of the engagement:  August 11 – October 29, 2017. 
  • Performances after September 13, 2017 have the best availability.
  • Additional tickets are not available for performances after October 29, 2017.
  • There will be a purchase limit of FOUR (4) additional tickets per account. This limit will be strictly enforced. 
  • Any attempt to purchase more than FOUR (4) additional tickets will result in CANCELLATION OF ALL HAMILTON TICKETS - INCLUDING THOSE TICKETS IN YOUR SEASON PACKAGE.  (Purchase combinations include: 4 tickets to one performance; 3 tickets to one performance and 1 ticket to another performance; 2 tickets to two performances; 1 ticket to four performances.)
  • Additional tickets may not be exchanged for any reason.
  • The purchase of additional tickets may not be done in the same transaction as exchanges.   
  • Additional tickets will not be adjacent to season package tickets.

How to Purchase Additional Hamilton Tickets

Online ONLY at TICKETMASTER.COM with YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD.

TIP:  Performances after September 13, 2017 have the best availability.

  • To expedite your purchase, we recommend you CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON TICKETMASTER.COM USING THE PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT.  Be sure to update your billing information at that time.
  • An email was deployed on March 21 to Season Ticket Holders on with a UNIQUE PASSWORD.  IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL, first check your spam and junk folders before calling the Season Ticket Office for assistance at 866-755-2929 (M-F, 8am - 6pm).
  • Patrons with NO EMAIL on file were sent a letter by U.S. Mail on March 17 with their password. 
  • IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS YOU MUST HAVE THIS PASSWORD. 
  • This password is linked to your email address and may NOT be transferred.
  • Once FOUR (4) tickets have been purchased using YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD, IT WILL EXPIRE.
  • On April 9 at 6pm, YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD will expire. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Additional tickets are NOT AVAILABLE through your Hollywood Pantages Season Ticket Account, by phone or at the Box Office.

Rules and Information for Exchanging Hamilton Season Tickets

  • Season Ticket exchanges are available through April 9, 2017 at 6pm.
  • No exchanges can be accommodated after April 9, 2017 at 6pm.
  • Season Tickets can be exchanged for performances within the first 12 weeks of the engagement:  August 11 – October 29, 2017.  Exchanges are not available for performances after October 29, 2017.
  • Performances beginning September 13, 2017 have the best availability.
  • If you exchange into a section or a performance that is priced higher than your season tickets, you will be charged the difference.
  • Downgrades are not refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

Hamilton Ticket Delivery

ALL Hamilton Season Package tickets, including additional tickets, will begin delivery on April 10.
