  • With the start of our 2023-2024 Season launch we updated our Broadway in Hollywood Terms & Conditions to now include: All 2023-2024 season ticket holders will be automatically renewed each year beginning with the 2024-2025 season. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your seats will remain secure year after year with this risk-free benefit. If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, you’ll be able to cancel up to 30 days after the season announcement.
  • If you do not wish to be a part of our Auto Renew program for the next renewal year, you will need to opt out every subsequent year otherwise you will be automatically renewed for every season.
  • As a Season Ticket Holder, you will be automatically enrolled in Auto Renew every subsequent renewal year.
  • If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of being charged & we’ll refund you in full and cancel your seats.

How does it work?

  1. When you renewed your 2023-2024 Season Package earlier this year, every  Ticket Holder was enrolled in Automatic Renewal for the 2024-2025 Season as per our updated Terms & Conditions.
  2. When the season is finally announced, we’ll charge your card accordingl to your designated payment plan (1 or 10 payments) and you’ll be all set. If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the 1st charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
  3. As a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive a teaser email 2 weeks prior to the season announcement letting you know when the Season will be announced and confirming what card and payment plan option are set for the renewal.
  4. You will have one final chance to Opt out of Automatic Renewal for the upcoming Season.
  5. An email will be sent to confirm what card and payment plan option you prefer to use for the upcoming 2024-2025 season.

Ten (10) Payment Plan Details

When utilizing our 10 step, no fee, no interest payment plan, your card will be charged based on the information below.

  1. Season Announcement Day (Late February): When the season is announced, the card on file will be charged for 10% of your total and an email notification will be sent.
  2. April 15: The second 10% payment will be charged, and an email notification will be sent.
  3. 15th of each subsequent month: The remaining 8 payments will be made on the 15th of each month from May 2024-December 2024

Opt Out Deadline

You may Opt out of AUTO Renew by Friday February 2, 2024, to be opted out of Automatic Renewal for the 2024-2025 Season only.

How do you opt out?

There are three ways to opt out of automatic renewal for the upcoming season..

  2. 2. Call into our Season Ticket Office at 866-755-2929 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-3pm
  3. 3. Log into your Broadway in Hollywood Account and fill out the Auto Renew Opt Out form.

Terms & Conditions

By being enrolled in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

  1. You agree to the Broadway in Hollywood Season Ticket Terms and Conditions listed in full on the Season Ticket Services page.
  2. You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you contact us to opt out of the Auto-Renew program.  
  3. You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season. The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.
  4. Advance notification of upcoming credit card charges will be sent via email at least 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled charge. 
  5. In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information. If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated. 
  6. The credit card used to pay the auto-renew deposit will be the same credit card charged for your season tickets unless we hear from you otherwise. 
  7. You may cancel your initial enrollment in the Auto-Renew program at any time prior to the season announcement by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 755-2929 (M-F • 9am-5pm & Saturday • 9am-3pm).
  8. If selecting a 10 Step Payment Plan, you will be charged 10% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month April 2023 - December 2023.
  9. If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged for your season package, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of the first charge and a full refund will be issued.
  10. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue for the upcoming season.
