How does it work?

  1. Enroll today with a $100 (fully refundable) deposit. This is only charged upon enrollment and it's applied to your package cost.  Once enrolled, we'll renew you automatically season after season. 
  2. When the season is announced, which is typically late January / early February each year, we'll charge your card according to your designated payment plan (1, 4 or 10 payments) and you'll be all set.  If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
  3. When it is time for seat upgrades, Auto-Renew participants get the FIRST CHOICE of available seats.
  4. You will be automatically renewed season after season and we will always notify you prior to charging your card.
  5. You may cancel your initial enrollment and receive a refund of your $100 deposit at any time prior to the season annnouncement without penalty by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 755-2929 (M - F, 8am - 6pm).
  6. If you change your mind and do not wish to renew once the season is revealed and your card has been charged, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
  7. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue.  We will no longer renew your seats automatically each year.  To keep your seats, you will need to renew manually each year by the designated deadline.

Four (4) Payment Plan Details

FOUR (4) PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  1. Season Announcement Day (late Jan/early Feb):  The card on file will be charged for 25% of your total and an email notification will be sent. 
  2. April 15:  The second 25% payment PLUS a one time processing fee of $15 will be charged and an email notification will be sent.
  3. May 15 & June 15:  Final 2 payments will be charged on these dates. 

NOTE:  Your $100 deposit will be deducted from your total before your first payment is charged. 

Ten (10) Payment Plan Details

TEN (10) PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  1. Season Announcement Day (late Jan/early Feb):  The card on file will be charged for 10% of your total and an email notification will be sent. 
  2. April 15:  The second 10% payment PLUS a one time processing fee of $15 will be charged and an email notification will be sent.
  3. 15th of each month:  Remaining 8 payments will be made on the 15th of each month May - December.

NOTE:  Your $100 deposit will be applied toward your total before your first payment is charged.

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

  1. You agree to the Hollywood Pantages Season Ticket Terms and Conditions listed in full on the Season Ticket Services page.
  2. You will be automatically renewed and charged for your season seats each year unless you contact us to opt out of the Auto-Renew program.  
  3. You understand that the number of productions offered and Season Ticket Holder ticket prices may vary season to season.  The total cost of each season will be determined at the time of renewal.
  4. Advance notification of upcoming credit card charges will be sent via email at least 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled charge. 
  5. In the event that the credit card on file is declined at the time of payment for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you for new payment information.  If after 30 days from the payment due date we have not obtained new payment information from you, your season seats are subject to cancellation and any tickets you have received (paper or digital) will be deactivated. 
  6. Your one-time $100 auto-renew deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your next season renewal.  If a payment plan is chosen, $100 will be deducted from your total and then payment plans will be applied.
  7. The credit card used to pay the $100 auto-renew deposit will be the same credit card charged for your season tickets unless we hear from you otherwise. 
  8. You may cancel your initial enrollment in the Auto-Renew program at any time prior to the season announcement for a full refund of your $100 deposit by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 755-2929 (M - F, 8am - 6pm).
  9. If selecting a 4 Payment Plan, you will be charged 25% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal (typically late Jan/early Feb) and 3 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month in April, May and June.  Please note:  A $15 processing fee will be added to the second payment.
  10. If selecting a 10 Payment Plan, you will be charged 10% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month in April though December. Please note:  A $15 processing fee will be added to the second payment.
  11. If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged for your season package, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of the first charge and a full refund will be issued.
  12. If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue.  We will no longer renew your seats automatically each year.  To keep your seats, you will need to renew manually each year by the designated deadline.
